Presentation overview:
In this training, participants will learn what legal mechanisms PEF members and their Statewide L/M Committees can use to advocate for pay increases outside of PEF’s collective bargaining agreement. We will specifically address the differences between reallocations and salary differentials while highlighting what information must be collected and presented to management to advocate effectively for both.
