The PEF App is the place to learn everything you need to know about your union and what it’s doing for you. Our goal is to use the app to keep members and retirees connected to the union by providing access to timely and critical resources. It will be a convenient place to find actionable items like letter-writing campaigns supporting PEF budget and legislative priorities, surveys about the contract or workplace conditions, as well as forms such as Protest of Assignment and other grievances. The PEF App will continue to improve, but now you have one central place on your smartphone for all things PEF-related that is designed exclusively for PEF Members and Retirees. Using the app, PEF can deliver targeted information based on your Region, Division, or Agency, ensuring you stay informed and engaged.

To access the app, all you need is your Member Identification Number (MIN) and the same password you use to log into the PEF and Membership Benefits websites. Not sure what your password is? Click here or on the link below to reset it.

If you don’t know your Member Identification Number (MIN), you’ll need to contact PEF using the form below or call (800) 342-4306 or (518) 785-1900, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. PEF is also developing an online MIN lookup tool, which is expected to launch by Summer 2025.
