The Effective Communications Techniques workshop is a 6-hour workshop that focuses on workplace communication between two or more people and how to make sure the message is delivered, received, and understood successfully. Participants will analyze perception, nonverbal communication and more to understand how these key pieces influence understanding and perceptions of messages.
