Kim Loccisano has been with PEF since 1994 and is a Training Specialist.  She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY.  Recently Kim received a Master Trainer Certificate through the Rutgers School of Social Work.  Kim has created and facilitated various training programs for the Training and Education Department, Health and Safety Department and the Organizing Department.  Kim is also assigned to the Article 15 Professional Development Committee which reviews and provides programs to meet the professional development needs of the PEF membership.

Tammy Carney began her career with PEF in 2005.  Tammy received her B.S. in Education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.  As a Training Specialist, Tammy creates engaging curriculum and training programs for PEF members from the beginning of the curriculum, conducts the training workshop itself, and then seeks feedback through the evaluation process.  In addition to in person training, she creates online training programs, which can be found on the PEF website. Recently, Tammy earned a Master Trainer Certificate from the Rutgers School of Social Work and  is certified to teach MBTI.
