PEF Council Leaders, Executive Board Members and Stewards in Region 1:
PEF will once again be giving back to the community in Buffalo that was so impacted by the tragic murders of 10 people at a Tops Friendly Markets store on May 14, 2022.
An event is scheduled for Sat., Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 1275 Jefferson Ave. in the parking lot. Region 1 and PEF Membership Benefits are sponsoring the event. We will have a shredding truck available on site, and will be handing out books and drawstring bags to kids.
As Region 1 leaders, you are welcome to set up an information table representing your agency or provide handouts that might be useful to members of the community. If you’d like to volunteer to stuff bags or work on location on Oct. 12, please RSVP before Sept. 17 by calling Crystal in the PEF Region 1 office at (716) 853-3100.
