Presenters will review the various proposals advanced by Governor Kathy Hochul in the Executive Budget and their impact on PEF members; provide an overview of PEFs Statewide PAC structure; discuss PEF’s “Budget Fight Back Campaign” and PEF’s 2025 Budget Priorities; review the impact of potential cuts to federal programs on New York state; discuss what actions stewards and members can take to protect their jobs and their professions.
