Kristie Furman is the Director of Divisions, bringing over 23 years of extensive experience in election and financial oversight within the labor union sector.  Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness in all union operations.  Her leadership in election management has been pivotal in upholding integrity of union elections while her financial knowledge has been instrumental in safeguarding the union’s financial health.  Kristie’s dedication to the labor movement and her expertise in navigating complex organizational challenges have made her an invaluable asset to PEF and its members.  She has an associate’s degree in information technology from Bryant and Stratton College. Outside of work Kristie enjoys running, hiking, and reading. She resides in Colonie, N.Y., with her husband and son.
